What you will need to complete this application?
  • Your High School Unofficial Transcript for reference 
  • You will need your parents to fill out a permission slip on page six of this application
  • If you took or are registered for them, SAT/ACT dates and test scores 
  • Information about your School Counselor (email, phone, name)
  • Contact information for a teacher or counselor (can be the same as above) who can provide a recommendation form on your behalf. Don't worry about the form, we will contact the teacher/counselor. 
  • The top 3 colleges you are applying to in the fall
  • Your High School Student ID
  • Write two 250 words essays

We are looking to get information on the credits you have completed your Freshman and Sophomore year, and your first semester of Junior Year.
