Patrice Cervantes currently serves as the Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper at the Be A Leader Foundation. She is no stranger to the Be A Leader Foundation. Previously, she held the position of Volunteer Coordinator and Retention Specialist through the Public Allies of Arizona AmeriCorps service program. Through her two-year service term, Patrice confirmed her desire to be a community advocate for post secondary education. As a first generation college student, she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from Arizona State University.
Patrice did not have much guidance as she navigated her way through college, so this is why Be A Leader’s mission of providing mentorship to students pursuing higher education is important to her as she strives to set a good example for her eight siblings, and to the Be A Leader students.
Patrice inherited her family’s spirit of entrepreneurship, so in her spare time you’ll find her developing business ideas. She also enjoys spending time with her family, her partner, and two puppies Sirius & Royce.
