The Be A Leader Club at North High School is a student-run club open to all students who express a desire to achieve a college education. The club meets once a month during lunch in Ms. Ruiz's classroom, and is a forum for members to network and discuss such college-going topics as financial aid, SAT/ACT preparation, and effective personal statements. Club members take part in various activities including college visits, career shadow days, and volunteer projects.
